Policy

1. Booking, Payment, and Changes

The session date is secured upon receipt of a non-refundable retainer.

Full payment must be completed within the agreed terms and is required before editing and delivery begin.
Rescheduling is possible upon prior agreement and subject to the photographer’s availability
If the photographer is unable to conduct the session, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

2. Session Organization and Execution

The client is responsible for punctuality, readiness, location arrangements, permits, and coordination of third parties.
Client delays reduce the session time; additional time is charged separately.
The photographer works in their own style and does not guarantee specific shots or exact replication of references.
The photographer is not responsible for factors beyond their control (weather, lighting conditions, participant behavior, location restrictions).
Interference by third parties may affect the outcome and is not the photographer’s responsibility.

3. Selection, Editing, and File Format

The photographer independently selects the final images.
Unedited, duplicate images and RAW files are not provided.
Editing is performed in the photographer’s signature style; additional edits are available upon separate agreement.

4. Delivery, Timeline, and Storage

Final images are delivered digitally via an online gallery within the agreed timeframe.
The client is responsible for downloading and storing the files after delivery.
The photographer stores the files for a limited period; recovery after that is not guaranteed.

5. Usage and Rights

All copyrights remain with the photographer.
The client receives a license for personal use only, without the right to transfer or use images commercially.
The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality, Liability, and Limitations

The photographer is not responsible for print quality or reproduction by third-party services.
Technical failures or force majeure events may result in partial loss of material.
The photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

7. Communication and Additional Services

All agreements are conducted through agreed communication channels.
Additional services (albums, prints, expedited editing, extra retouching) are charged separately.

8. Acceptance of Terms
